Training

Upon final installation of your telephone system, our allocated engineer will train the nominated system administrator(s) basic functions e.g how to take a call, make a call, transfer a call, hold a call etc. Further intensive training will be provided but we recommend you work with the system for a minimum of one week until you are familiar with the handsets. An appointment will then be made for a member of staff to return for full training. Should additional training be required at a later date, an hourly charge will be applied.
