Toshiba’s new highly usable and durable IP solution enables you to bridge the gap between traditional circuit-based switches and IP-based telephone systems and make a phased migration to IP telephony.
You can retain your traditional PABX equipment and integrate IP telephony departmentally or in branch offices, as you require. You will be able to mix and match IP, analogue and digital telephones or use all IP telephones depending on your unique needs.

Your new Toshiba IP telephones act as an extension to your existing Toshiba Strata IP-CTX system. Your employees will be able to work remotely from home or at a satellite or branch office and exchange voice and fax messages seamlessly with customers, business partners and colleagues in different locations via the Internet, your LAN or WAN, as quickly and efficiently as if they were in the same building. There are no limits to the number of IP telephones that can be configured on your Strata IP-CTX system, up to the system’s station maximum capacity.

The Toshiba IP phone is an intelligent device that supports many new features to enhance business communication. The Toshiba IPT 1020-SD IP is a 20-button speakerphone with a 2-line by 24 character display in an ergonomic design with the durability and quality for which Toshiba is known.
It offers modern, contemporary styling with most of the features and functionality of Toshiba’s traditional handsets. It is a potentially faster alternative to the computer for accessing simple bits of information that can speed up users’ work processes.
IP Soft Phone
Toshiba’s new IP Soft phone allows users to eliminate their hard phone altogether and use their PC for voice calls. An intuitive, easy-to-use interface eliminates the need for two devices and allows users to set up conference calls with the click of a mouse. In addition, because their IP soft phone can travel with them, telecommuters who have high speed access are able to take their phone extension home with them on their laptop and receive calls just like they would be in the office.
