Call router for Strata IP-CTX

Call Router will enable you to route enquiries to the most appropriate person. This may be governed by staff availability, workload, staff with particular language or subject skills or specific types of customers. Advanced Call Routing automatically recognises callers from their Caller Line Identity (CLI) signal and routes them to the correct department.

Call Router can even ‘learn’ information from a customer’s calls and, in conjunction with Voice Assistant and Net Phone for Strata IP-CTX, can enable callers to guide themselves to the appropriate contact point.
